Frame TV files are 3840x2160 pixels (4K resolution), perfect for Samsung Frame TVs. Printable art files are 300 DPI at various sizes, suitable for high-quality prints up to 24x36 inches or larger.

Instantly! As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with download links. Most customers receive their files within 1-2 minutes of purchase.

First, check your spam/junk folder - sometimes emails end up there. If you still can't find it after 15 minutes, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll resend your files right away.

Yes! Your download links remain active. If you need to download your files again, you can use the original email link or contact us and we'll send fresh download links.

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally cannot offer refunds once files have been downloaded. However, if you experience any issues with your files or are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
