License Terms

Thank you for purchasing digital art from FramedGaze. This license agreement explains what you can and cannot do with your purchased artwork.

Personal Use License (Standard)

When you purchase digital art from FramedGaze, you receive a personal use license that grants you the following rights:

What You CAN Do

• Display on Your Frame TV: Use the artwork on your Samsung Frame TV or similar digital display devices in your home
• Print for Personal Use: Print the artwork for display in your personal residence
• Multiple Prints: Create multiple prints for different rooms in your own home
• Gift Prints: Print and gift the physical artwork to friends and family (not the digital files)
• Use on Personal Devices: Set as wallpaper on your personal devices
• Keep Forever: Once purchased, the files are yours to keep and use indefinitely

What You CANNOT Do

• Resell or Redistribute: You may not sell, share, or give away the digital files to others
• Commercial Use: You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes, including:
  • Selling prints or products featuring the artwork
  • Using in business marketing materials
  • Displaying in commercial spaces (offices, retail stores, restaurants, etc.)
  • Including in products for sale (mugs, t-shirts, posters, etc.)
• Claim Ownership: You may not claim to be the creator or copyright holder of the artwork
• Modify and Sell: You may not edit, alter, or create derivative works for commercial purposes
• Stock or Template Use: You may not upload to stock photo sites or use as part of a template/design for sale
• NFT Creation: You may not create NFTs or other blockchain tokens using this artwork

Commercial License

If you need to use our artwork for commercial purposes, please contact us at hello@framedgaze.com to discuss commercial licensing options.

Copyright Notice

All artwork remains the intellectual property of FramedGaze. Your purchase grants you a license to use the artwork, not ownership of the copyright. We retain all rights not explicitly granted in this license.

File Sharing

Digital files are licensed to a single purchaser and should not be shared. If family members or friends want the artwork, they should purchase their own license. Unauthorized sharing is a violation of this license and copyright law.

Modifications

You may make minor modifications for personal use (such as cropping to fit your display). However, you may not:

• Remove any watermarks or copyright notices
• Create derivative works for commercial purposes
• Significantly alter the artwork and claim it as original

Termination

If you violate any terms of this license, your rights under this license will automatically terminate. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the artwork.
